Selena Quintanilla, LLPC

Selena Quintanilla, LLPC, received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from Hope College, and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Michigan University. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan but currently focuses on helping adults navigate a variety of concerns — including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction, identity exploration, and body image/eating concerns. She is an affirming ally of LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She uses a strengths-based, person-centered framework while incorporating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Selena is passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. She looks forward to connecting with you and helping you achieve the meaningful life changes you are working toward.
