Rachyl Lyons, LLMSW

Rachyl Lyons is a Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an undergraduate degree from University of Michigan in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from University of Michigan as well. Rachyl has had the opportunity to work in several different mental health settings, giving her the ability to work with a variety of different clientele and concerns. As a queer person, she has a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting clients through uniquely queer experiences. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, eating concerns, big emotions, a history of trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Her approach to therapy is strengths based and utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well at trauma informed, and attachment informed approaches in therapy. Rachyl enjoys working with clients of all different identities to improve coping skills, self-reflection, and behavioral changes.
