Katie received her Bachelor’s of Psychology from Eastern Michigan University and her Master’s of Social work from the University of Michigan. She works with individuals who are looking for a more open, honest, and goal-oriented approach to therapy.

She is especially passionate about supporting young adults and adults navigating eating disorders (current or in recovery), anxiety, self-esteem challenges, postpartum body image concerns, academic stress, and relationship/ family challenges. Her style is structured but compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients make real, meaningful progress at a pace that feels doable.

Katie looks forward to working with you on reaching your goals and making steps towards the next meaningful things in your life. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and ages to join me in beginning their process of healing.
