Erica Russell, LPC, ST
Erica is passionate about working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, sexuality, intimacy, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, abuse, and life change adjustments. She is a strong ally of LGBTQIA+ communities and efforts toward mental health awareness.
She started her journey in mental health at a neuro rehabilitation organization, leading those who work with individuals recovering mentally and physically from trauma, addictions, cognitive deterioration and disorders. With pursued interest in practices holistically unifying the mind and body, Erica has an integrative approach deriving from an array of psychotherapeutic tools including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT and has attained a certification in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan. Erica maintains a relationship of comfort, trust, understanding, and emotional support, providing an atmosphere free of judgment.
