Our Approach

In 2023, we opened Mind and Body Wellness to create a warm and inviting therapeutic space for adults, including college students, to find support for mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family and relationship conflicts, trauma, substance abuse and more.

We offer in-person and virtual options based on preference and take all major insurances as well as private pay.
