As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I bring a warm, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to my work, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. I am also pursuing credentials as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), which allows me to use the power of play therapy to help children express themselves, process emotions, and build coping skills in ways that are natural and effective for their developmental stage.
For teens and adults, I integrate practical, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is grounded in empathy and trust, inspired by Carl Rogers’ client-centered theories, fostering an environment where you feel understood and empowered.
Life can be full of unexpected twists and turns, leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen facing the challenges of growing up, or an adult longing for clarity and balance, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we will work to uncover your inner strength, foster healing, and pave the way toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
